If you go to  GoPro official website and select the link to do a manual update , you'll go to a registration page where you can input the 14-Digit serial number. If you need help, please feel free to contact us.

How can I find my GoPro serial number?

Method 1: 1. Power off your camera. 2. Open side door. 3. Remove battery to see your serial number. Method 2: Find the serial number in your camera’s Preferences menu. 1. Turn on your GoPro. 2. Swipe down and tap Preferences. 3. Tap About 4. Tap Camera Info.
